SERS was been commissioned by Warrington Property Group to undertake pre purchase due diligence assessment to an 8ha site in Welshpool. Works were to establish any financial exposure through the application of statutory compliance to the potential purchaser.
The property had established infrastructure in place and had various land uses throughout its history. It was intended to be redeveloped in the near future by the potential purchases to better realise its full income producing potential.

- Targeted site investigation consisting of soil and ground water samples
- Compilation of detailed investigation report.
The overall environmental risk to both the vendor and purchaser was outlined in a cohesive and time efficient manner which enabled successful negotiation of sale.
