Description of Works
SERS was engaged by the Juniper to inspect 35 sites within the aged care facilities. Registers were formulated for each premise for ease of use by the Client and its tenants with recommendations made on immediate and long term management for all asbestos situations.The inspections and reporting are being completed over a staged process with an overall management plan for the client being formulated. Additionally assistance to the client is being made over a long term process to assist in legislated compliance and cost effective methods for asbestos management.

Outcome
The clients nominated infrastructure was duly inspected in full by competent SERS personnel for the purposes of compliance with current State and Federal legislature. Inspections are being completed on time and no variations to work are being sought or required.
