Description of Works
SERS was engaged by the client to inspect a 4ha site of an aged care facility for the purpose of the formulation of asbestos registers. Registers were formulated for each premise for ease of use by the Client and its tenants with recommendations made on immediate and long term management for all asbestos situations. The inspections and reporting were completed in a single process with an overall management plan for the client being formulated. Additionally assistance to the client is being made over a long term process to assist in legislated compliance and cost effective methods for asbestos management.

Outcome
The client’s nominated infrastructure was duly inspected in full by competent SERS personnel for the purposes of compliance with current State and Federal legislature. Inspections were completed on time and no variations to work sought or required.
