Description of Works
The scope of works provided by SERS included the condition recording and reporting for all infrastructures to the Treasury building redevelopment in central Perth. The development as a whole encompassed several main contractors’ onsite building and demolishing various parts of the site.

Condition surveys were an essential part of baseline condition surveys of the surrounding infrastructure and more importantly several heritage listed buildings in the sphere of works. Several thousand photographic records were compiled with appropriate descripts across the site which encompassed a city block.

Outcome
The project was successfully undertaken under tight time frames and was completed in a non-disruptive manner to all parties and tenants of the various properties. Comprehensive reports in hard and soft copy were compiled and offered to the client as an end product.
